Who you are contracting with
Capital City Culinary LLC, trading as Bloompad Websites.
What we do
We build you a website and, if you take it, do monthly local SEO work. What is included in each is described on What we do and Monthly SEO. If something was promised in conversation and is not written down, ask us to write it down.
What you own
Your domain, your hosting account and the content of your site are yours. This is set out in full on What you own, and it is a term of this agreement, not a courtesy. Ending the monthly service does not take your site away.
What you are responsible for
- That what you tell us about your business is true — your prices, your hours, your licences and what you are qualified to do.
- That you have the right to use the photos and text you send us. We ask you to confirm this before we store an image, and we keep a record of that confirmation.
- Keeping control of your own hosting account once it is in your name.
Payment
The build is quoted before we start. Monthly SEO is month to month and you can stop at any time; we do not charge a cancellation fee and there is no minimum term. We will tell you the price before you commit, and it does not change without a conversation first.
What we do not promise
We do not promise a search position, a number of calls, or a level of revenue. Anyone who does is guessing. We will tell you what we expect to move and roughly how long it usually takes, and we will report honestly on what happened.
Ending it
Either of us can stop the monthly service with reasonable notice. You keep the site, the domain and the hosting account. We will hand over anything of yours we still hold.
If something goes wrong
Email us first and we will try to fix it. We would rather sort a problem out directly than have either of us reach for a lawyer.
