What the monthly work is
- Keeping your listing right. Hours, service area, categories and photos, checked and corrected where they have drifted — which they do.
- Pages for what people actually search. The specific job in the specific town, rather than one page that tries to cover everything and ranks for nothing.
- Reviews, asked for properly. A way of asking that does not annoy your customers, because the ask is what most businesses are missing rather than the goodwill.
- Watching what moved. What you are being found for, what you are not, and what changed since last month.
The monthly report
One page. What you were found for, how many people got in touch, what we changed, and what we are doing next month. If a month was quiet, it says the month was quiet — a report that is always good news is not a report.
What is not included
Being straight about this now is cheaper than an argument later.
- No paid ads. This is the unpaid side. If ads are the right answer for you we will say so, but they are not part of this.
- No promise of a position. Anyone guaranteeing you a ranking is either guessing or lying. We will tell you what we expect to move and roughly how long it usually takes.
- No lock-in. Month to month. If it is not working for you, stop — and the site is still yours, because of how we set it up.
