What we collect, why, and how to make us delete it.

Plain-language note: this page is written to be read, not to be impressive. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it — and fix the wording.

Who we are

Bloompad Websites is a product of Capital City Culinary LLC (“we”). You can reach us at hello@bloompad.ai.

What we collect

What you tell us about your business so we can build your site: your name, your business name, contact details, hours, services, prices and service area.
Photos you send us for use on your site. We record that you confirmed you have the right to use each one, and when.
Basic site statistics — how many people visited and what they looked at. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell anything to anyone.

What we do not collect

We do not take payment card numbers. We do not buy data about you from anyone else. We do not track you across other websites.

Who else sees it

The companies that host your site and send our email see what passes through them, because that is what hosting and email are. Nobody else does. We do not sell or rent your information, and there is no circumstance in which we would.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are working together, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. If you ask us to delete something, we will, except where we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@bloompad.ai and a person will answer. We do not require a particular form of words.

Changes

If we change this page in a way that matters, we will tell the people it affects rather than quietly updating the date.
